This beach wedding was on Navarre Beach, out past the houses. If the groomed and bride had met each other with the groom works for an airplane parts company. The bride delivered parts that the airplane parts company ordered and the groom was to clerk and that would normally check them in. I thought that was so romantic. One day he delivered her a small box. They had been dating for a while. He tell her to go ahead and open the box and in the box was a diamond ring, an engagement ring. It gets better so we’re having the wedding out on Navarre Beach, beautiful area, it was in the fall so there weren’t a lot of people around. The groom had ordered a fly over from a local company with a banner that would read marry me and the bride’s name. I thought that was so appropriate and let’s face it romantic. So we had the ceremony our going into pictures. I had called the pilot and told him that we were going into pictures and he should do the fly over. He came through perfectly and we were able to capture the picture as the fly over was happening. What a wonderful memory to capture on digital. The bride and groom wrote me back afterward and told me about it with a picture of the fly over. It was a very interesting wedding I never forgot it.

Horse And Buggy At Wedding
A few years back we’re having a wedding on Pensacola Beach and the bride wanted a horse and buggy to bring her to the boardwalk that lead down to the beach. I found them a man with a nice buggy drawn by a beautiful white horse. The buggy was decorated with flowers and the horse had on a nice bridle so it looked very pretty, perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids. So we’re getting ready to start the wedding and are bride and in bridesmaids are at the next parking lot down for where we were. I’m waiting in the parking lot with the photographer, by faithful for topper for, and we see the buggy and horse approaching us. I was excited because I don’t get very many horse and buggies. I’m watching the horse get closer to me and I start to realize that I don’t see the driver. Oh dear. The bride and bridesmaids waved frantically and then I saw the driver chasing the horse and buggy down the road. I tell the photographer to keep everyone called jump in the truck and started to chase down the driver. I was able to get the driver and get up next to the horse and buggy, the driver leaned out light truck window grab the horse by the bridle and slowly we got them to stop. The horse debt and go too far so we were able to turn around the buggy and get it headed back to the wedding. The bride turn to me and said if this is the only thing that happens during my ceremony am OK. Good philosophy.
Bride And Groom’s Dog Bites My Dress Oh Dear
I love animals move all kinds dogs cats birds everything. Although apparently all animals like me. I was in Navarre for a small beach wedding and the bride and groom informed me that their dog would be taking part in the wedding. That’s fine with me. I also took them were to get a really nice little cake from the local Publix there. It was really good with devil’s food cake and butter cream icing. Yummy. So I walk into the condominium and the couple’s black lab rushes up to me and bites my dress, ripping it right in the crotch. O lucky me. Luckily I had a couple safety pins in my purse and went and safety pins of my dress in strategic places where it would look so bad. I did the best I could do under the circumstances. When I went back and to talk to the couple the dog the course was then a much better mood and not trying to eat my dress. In fact the puppy hat on a Hawaiian Les looking to absolutely adorable. We walked out to the beach just the three of us in the dog and had a lovely ceremony. Afterwards we came up and everyone had a piece of cake and I took shoot pictures of the champagne toast. The dog I’d like dress several times but never made an attempt to eat it off me. I was grateful. That dress was toast and it had to be thrown away. I never liked that dress anyway.
You Can Plant A Tree On The Beach, Bride Devastated
I got a job to shoot an engagement party in Perdido Key with a vow renewal the next day. I took pictures of the engagement party which went really well they were celebrating while it in Perdido Key and they wanted to preserve the moment with pictures. This job went so smoothly I was so pleased. The couple and their families we’re all they’re enjoying the special moment on the beach. Afterwards we were able to capture a really beautiful sunset as the engagement party had taken place in December when the sun would be right over the water. The next day we had about renewal in Orange Beach Alabama which turned out OK but there were some issues with a tree. We walked out two the edge of the water and I noticed the bride had a trade with her a small sapling. I asked where she had got the tree from and she told me that she had got it from Wisconsin. I informed her that the tree could not be planted where she wanted to planted as it would kill it. I tried to explain to her that you cannot plant a tree right next to saltwater you would definitely die. This was not what she wanted to hear. I had to go into an extremely long explanation of what saltwater does to the roots of trees. I can understand her being unhappy but I would really hate for her to come back and expect to see the trees and find nothing. Well and I always come out the way you plan it but at least they had a good renewal our joyful.
Our Groom Was A Great Big Sweet Guy
We traveled to a house that was in Gulf Shores Alabama to have a beach wedding. It was the middle of July so is very warm. I don’t like to do weddings with tuxedos when it’s that hot. It’s a really too much for anyone to ask a man two we’re that much close when it’s that hot. The bride’s not wearing that much close so why should the groom haft were more close of the bride. Just doesn’t make sense. Anyway our groom was a great big guy he was about 6′ 6″ and about 275 pounds. Super sweet. A gentle giant. We were about to start the ceremony and I noticed a groom was sweating rather profusely. I asked him if he was OK as I had become concerned because of his color, he was pale. He assured me he was fined so we preceded on both the ceremony. Our bride had walked down to us and we were into the ceremony about midway through and I thought I saw The groom weaving. I kept going as I thought that was my imagination until I saw the groom heading towards me in a falling down kind of posture. O no! So I relaxed and fill with him as he landed on top of me. The photographer and the grooms men were able to get the groom into a chair where we removed his coat, vest, tie and rolled his sleeves up. I was OK so we continued with the ceremony with the groom sitting in a chair. We let him stand up for some pictures and the whole ceremony preceded as if nothing had ever happened.
The Dog As A Ring Bearer In A Wedding
A couple of years ago I had a wedding on Pensacola Beach where war bride and groom had requested if their dog could be ring bearer. I of course said yes since the wedding was taking place at a house facing the beach. They wanted to keep the wedding on the property as I had explained to them that pets could not be on the beach at that time. The bride was very excited her dog, named, Lilly, was a border collie if. I asked her how many times she had rehearsed the dog for the big day and she told me me she had never rehearsal Lilly. I was concerned but thought we could carry this off very easily. So we start the wedding and everyone was seated the bridesmaids came down the aisle, then the bride and the ring bearer came down the aisle with her dad. It was shortly before they got down to the altar that Lilly noticed a seagull standing on the beach about 20 feet away. I knew from the expression on the dog’s face this was not gonna turn out well. The dog suddenly bolted and took off after the seagull running down the beach with rings bouncing up and down on a pillow on her back. O horrors! I immediately ran after the dog calling her and watching her disappear into the sunset. I kept after her and after about 10 minutes later was able to take her and rings still intact on the pillow back to the wedding and proceed. Note to self no more dog’s as ring bearers.
With The Love Of Your Life In Perdido Key
Perdido key is one of my favorite places. I’m used to go camping there when I was little girl and a really enjoyed it. It was totally undeveloped there was nothing out there. And while it has grown it still has a certain magic about it that really draws brides and grooms two it and I can understand. Johnson’s beach is in Perdido key and makes a great place to have a peach wedding. They have a pavilion there that has restrooms and parking for your guests. A special use permit is required for gatherings of 50 or more people. It’s really a unique area because there are no buildings around except for the pavilion which can make for really great pictures. There’s a stretch of beach that you can drive down once you into the park if you just want to get away from an all have your sweetie. The sand is so incredibly sparkling white there really beautiful to behold. Another great thing about this area is if you come before or after the summer this place will be deserted. There will not be a lot of people out there unless its holiday. The pavilion is the only place you can really pull off a wedding in that area. There really isn’t any other parking in that in the park except for the pavilion.
A November day in Navarre with love on the sand
With November finally here Navarre Beach is beckoning brides and grooms to come down to their beach and have your ceremony. The weather is perfect for sunset weddings. Recently we performed a fantastic small wedding on Navarre Beach. There were only two people the bride and groom but it was a memorable wedding. Because of the time of year that it was there were absolutely no people on the beach. We had that beach to ourselves. All we really saw were seagulls and pelicans. There are some baby sting rays playing it close by the beach which our photographer pointed out to the bride and groom so they could turn around and look and appreciate the beauty of nature. They got such a big kick out of that. I really enjoyed seeing the light in their eyes and the laughter of their voices. After the ceremony we took pictures and we’re preparing to leave. I encouraged are happy couple to stay and enjoy this moment on the empty beach. Only the two of them and the water and the sand. The sun had turned the sky a beautiful light kink collar and the water was Emerald green. It was absolutely breathtaking.
