With your Pensacola wedding on the beach becoming a reality and growing closer I’m sure some of you are considering what type of wedding band you may be thinking about. There are some recent trends that I’d like to talk about that I’ve seen not only in magazines but in weddings that we have done. One of my favorites that I like the look of is to have stacked wedding bands. I’m sure you have seen them, they look like eternity diamond rings in different colored gold. I’ve seen yellow gold, rose gold and white gold with diamonds stacked together. I like the look. I’ve also seen brides wearing their engagement rings on the right hand and then switching it to their left hand when they’re married. I’m not seeing as many ring guards as I once did and I see these becoming more sophisticated. The new ring guards are more defined and smaller. I saw one with rows gold and white gold encrusted with white diamonds. It looked really nice on the hand. Your beach wedding will be complete with such an elegant ensemble. Another look and seeing is to have stones other than diamonds for a wedding band. One ring I saw had sapphires and diamonds. That was beautiful. I’ve also seen more vintage inspired designs and I don’t see this trend going away anytime soon. Some brides are still using their grandmothers rings which are styled quite beautifully from jewelers of the past. Whenever ring you choose maybe the one you love forever.

New Year’s Eve Wedding
A beach wedding in Pensacola on New Year’s Eve would be an exciting event. I know some of you have debated this, whether or not to have one. Many brides and grooms wait until New Year’s Day to start out the new year with marriage and the hope of a new life. But some of you wish for New Year’s Eve. Although it’s not our practice we have been known to make exceptions and have weddings on New Year’s Eve. Some brides and grooms had explained why they want to celebrate their date on December 31. In a can be a lot of different reasons why they want the date. For one couple it was the bride’s grandfathers birthday and he was coming to the wedding, so there was special significance there and we made an exception for them. Another one it was the groom’s mothers anniversary and they wanted to get married on that day. Some of you may ask me why I don’t like to do beach weddings on New Year’s Eve. It’s mostly because of traffic. The police also set up checkpoints for driving under the influence. So it can be difficult for us to get back to our homes and businesses. Also there’s a large celebration at the beach and in town which leads to even more issues with traffic. However as you have read we have made exceptions. I hope each and every one of few have a wonderful new year’s event celebrating the old year in ringing in the new year. They all your resolutions have to do with your spiritual growth and the growth of your impending marriage. Happy new year to all.
New Years Day Wedding On The Beach
A beach waiting in Pensacola can be a New Year’s Day treat. And imagine starting here life together on January 1. Any time you make this decision is a great time. You’re starting the new year out in a new adventure was the person of your dreams. We’ve had several weddings on New Year’s Day but one of my favorite ones really stands out. We met our bride and groom at their hotel and proceeded out to the beach in a more secluded location. It was cold but every one was in good spirits and looking for to the ceremony. We had decided to do it at sunrise so the sun was just peeking out from the clouds washing the beach with its warm rays. As we came walking down to the beach apparently someone had had a little bit too much excitement on New Year’s Eve and had drove their truck all the way up to the water and it got stuck. There was no one around just the truck. Apparently they had abandoned it to search for a way to get it removed from the beach. We went around the truck and found a different place to have the ceremony and proceeded with our bride and groom’s beach wedding. Are happy couple had four friends became with them and they help celebrate not only the wedding but bringing in the new year as the sun rose into the sky. It was one of the finest weddings you’ve ever seen. With everyone smiling we said our goodbyes while they celebrated with champagne.
Beach Wedding Gown Trends For Spring 2016
With your Pensacola Beach wedding on your mind let’s talk about destination wedding gown trends. One that caught me totally off guard was floral prints. I saw a pale rose colored wedding gown, it was a ball gown with pale rose chiffon and small bouquets of rose colored flowers sparsely applied to the chiffon. It was beautiful and would really stand out on the beach. Another caller I saw that was popular was pale blue which looked heavenly. The blue was so pale it almost looked like a blue white color. I could see that on the beach, it would look good up against the water. One of the most unique looks was a white suit but not just any white suit. The jacket was closely cropped to the body and the pants were cropped above the ankle. This sophisticated look was so tailored. The model had a hand tied small bouquet that look great with it. Very unexpected but made quite a statement. I could see with this would be very comfortable. You could even have appliques applied to it to give it an even more personal look. Then there were gowns with a partial overlay skirt made out of chiffon. What it entrance to a beach wedding that would make with the chiffon blowing in the wind. I really love the headpiece that went with it, a silver colored leaf confection which framed the face. Any of these beautiful gowns would look stunning against the white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Engagement Ring Trends For 2016 Beach Weddings
With many of you having a Pensacola Beach wedding on your minds here is some food for thought. Has anybody seen the new engagement ring trends 2016? I’ve been checking out some of the pages on the Internet for just this very thing. I’m going talk about a couple of my favorite ones because I wanted to share them with you. One engagement ring I saw had a diamond vine similar to something you’d find in the garden. It was beautiful it ran around the entire band. It gave such a nice touch to the diamond sitting at the top of that ring. What might be nice to have on that very ring when walking down the aisle to your beach wedding? Another ring I saw had a colorful diamond in it. The colorful diamond here was yellow, a bright canary yellow. I’ve also seen chocolate diamonds that had been used as engagement rings. And of course for you bad girls out there a black diamond. For you could girls have a pink diamond? With all the different colors of diamonds of your you can really tailor it to which you like. Or which you prefer instead of the diamond a gem stone? Some of the rings I saw had sapphires, rubies, and emeralds. When my grandmother got engaged my grandfather gave her a ruby ring as an engagement ring. So you see you can have just about any stone for an engagement ring. It really depends on what you find beautiful. Such a healthier and find that perfect ring for you. Men are still liking tungsten and titanium rings for wedding bands. I think they like the black metal. You know black does go with everything. Happy shopping.

Receptions At Beach Weddings
If you’re thinking about a wedding on Pensacola Beach here are some tips to ensure your reception goes off smoothly. One of the best ways to have a reception in this area is either have a beach house or condominium that’s wedding friendly or at one of the restaurants in the area. Over the two I have to say having a reception at a beach house or condominium is better and here’s why. Having food catered or cooking it yourself is going to taste better. That’s a given. Must of you have relatives who would love to cook and do it well. There’s nothing like it. I’ve seen people who made pots of gumbo or jambalaya that was out of this world good. Plus you don’t have to drive anywhere. You can have your wedding ceremony right here at your beach house and then go back into the house to have the reception. Keep food indoors. If you bring food out onto the beach seagulls will go crazy. They will try to steal the food they all are scavengers. And you can’t hurt them because they’re protected. Instead everyone can make a plate can go onto the patio or stay inside. If you go to a restaurant and have your reception there you will pay between 25 to 45 dollars a person and that’s not including alcohol, that’s just food. Make sure to plan that in your budget if you decide to do that. You can feed the same amount of people for less than half that if you have the reception at your beach house. May your beach wedding be a happy one. Be safe and has some great food. Do not forget the parents and grand parents when saying thank yous and toasts. Surely they have seen you through it all.
